Who are you? Describe yourself in a few words.

We are Manos & Georgia, a couple from Crete, Greece, who's been together for 13 years and counting.:)
We are an accountant and a physicist respectively who seven years ago decided to follow their dream and make our passion for photography our daily life. So, we took the risk and we didn’t regret it for a single moment.

What inspires you daily?

We draw pleasure and inspiration not only by looking at photographs but also from movies, literature, and intentional city or nature strolls.

What made you decide to follow a creative career choice (though possibly risky) rather than something more stable?

We tried other career paths and it didn't work out for us. We felt unhappy, restricted, and stressed. Deciding to pursue a career in photography was the best decision we took in our lives and we haven't regretted it, even after the pandemic and the major financial it caused.

After these years of working on your craft, do you still feel the joy of doing what you do?

Honestly, each year feels better than the last. That's because, with each passing year we are approaching more and more our desired client niche, which means we are able to connect with people who respect and trust our approach.

Is there a particular place where you feel most creative?

It definitely is very inspiring to find oneself in a picturesque landscape or a dramatic one, but what we've learned through our experience is that it's not the place, it is the human factor instead that makes us feel creative.

Do you believe that each person has the capacity to be creative? Why?

Have you always wanted to do what you are doing?

No, but that was an extremely interesting turn our lives took.

Is it difficult to maintain your level of knowledge? What do you do to improve it?

Our goal is not to maintain our level of knowledge but to improve it. We try to get better and better and open up our eyes and minds. The best way to achieve it, for ourselves at least, is to shoot a looot. :)

Do you believe art is something you were born with or something you have to find in your daily life? and work for?

We believe that we are born with art, we lose it as we grow up and then we try and work to find it again.
