WEDDING ALEXANDRA AND MATT
San Miguel de Allende - Mexico | 28 June 2024
INVITATION
We are getting married
OUR STORY
We are just two best friends who can't wait to spend forever together. We knew each other as children but lost contact. Over 20 years later, destiny brought us together again; our souls instantly connected and fell in love. Since the moment that we were reunited, as "adults” , we have been inseparable. Our adventurous souls have been on a beautiful journey together, and we are ready for the next chapter of our lives. And so the adventure begins. May we continue to be blessed with TRUTH, LOVE, RESPECT, KINDNESS & FUN.
We’ve created this website as a convenient and interactive way to share all of the important details with you in the lead-up to our wedding.
Thank you for being part of our adventure!
So have fun, take a look around and don’t forget to RSVP!

DESTINATION.
SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE. Mexico
As we are from different parts of the country and have lived in Singapore for our whole relationship, we thought a destination wedding was the only way to go!
We'd be delighted if you could join us at San Miguel for our wedding weekend.
We live so far away from a lot of you and don’t get to see you nearly as much as we wish we could, so we’d love to spend the whole weekend celebrating with you.
Prepare your passport guys :)

Make a Gift.
Your presence at our wedding is present enough. Over the years, we've gathered plenty of stuff. But, if you were thinking of a gift to help us on our way...a small token towards our honeymoon or something to brighten the garden—that would be wonderful. We can't wait to celebrate with you.

FAQ
-
There are a lot of things on the schedule. What events should I attend?
We wanted the schedule to provide a holistic view of the events we've planned, but please only join in for the events shown under your RSVP.
When should I arrive, and how long should I stay?
Most of the events kick off on Friday night and end on Sunday afternoon, but please enjoy the area for as long as you're able.
Are children welcome?
We will not be able to accommodate children during our wedding ceremony or reception. If you plan on bringing your young one(s) to La Masseria Salamina, we recommend contacting the following babysitting agencies. They are excellent and the kids will have fun!!! We thank you for understanding and hope that arrangements can be made that allow you to still attend our big day.
Can I bring a date?
Please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your invitation.
-
What should I wear?
Our wedding will be both an indoor and outdoor celebration. The wedding ceremony and reception are black tie optional: Women can wear a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. Men have the option of wearing a tuxedo or a jacket, a collared shirt, and a tie.
Shoes: Weather permitting, the ceremony and parts of the reception will be outdoors, so shoes that can traverse gravel and grass would make your life easier.
Dress: Wear whatever makes you feel classy without sacrificing your comfort. Think, ‘Cate Blanchett goes camping’.
Stilleto heels are not allowed at Yesterday Spaces.
Should I pack anything special?
The hotel will have a pool, and if the temperature is right, the area has a lot of swimming holes you may or may not want to explore. If so, a bathing suit is a must! Hiking boots or comfortable sneakers would also ensure your ability to explore in comfort.
